Optimal Health. What's All About?

I knew a woman. She had just come from dialysis and was dressed in a surgery start. I requested her if she had any wellness issues, and she said no. Which is right, she informed me that apart from the injure in her feet that will not cure and her declining liver she was otherwise in wellness.

I’m very pleased to reside in a community with such awesome, life-saving technological innovation as dialysis, but I’m also surprised that someone in this condition would consider herself to be in a wellness.

The concept wellness comes from the same main concept that gives us the phrase sacred. It’s about being whole. Being balanced is about being in stability.
